We live in an imperfect world, and no amount of planning and strategizing can eliminate Murphy's Law or reduce risk to 0.00. It is especially true when dealing with humans because we are both the most vital assets and the weakest links despite it all. That is why genuine leadership is necessary for successfully implementing digital transformation.
Our digital strategy, implementation matrix, strategic plan, and roadmap are important guiding references. In implementing digital transformation, we address risks and contingencies. We take you through leadership in the harshest circumstances, walk you through the fire so you can make it on the other side.
The question then is: how do you go from strategy to solution?
How do you prevent and solve the most frequent challenges you are likely to encounter? How do you prevent people's challenges, technology challenges, solution clarity challenges, human error, and conflict? How do you navigate all these? What do you put in place, so they don't happen or reduce the probability of them happening?
I will answer all these questions in this workshop. Participants will find insightful knowledge and understanding for implementing digital transformation in their organizations, even in the most chaotic circumstances. They will understand how to go from strategy to solution.

With over two decades of experience in the American and European continents with Fortune 500 companies, Nadia possesses great experience managing high profile business transformation projects in different sectors. She has led and implemented many businesses and IT transformation projects in industries such as international banking, trading & settlement, financial services, energy distribution, electronic payments, insurance, European airline traffic control, retail market, petrol distribution, and the European government.
She fluently speaks English, French, Spanish, and Creole. An accomplished project/program manager, and trainer, over the years, Nadia has developed many training and coaching programs for various international organizations. She is also a regular PMI Global contributor and trainer.
